These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the live51 platform and all associated services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.
You must be 21 years of age or older and located in a jurisdiction where accessing live51 is not prohibited by applicable law.
Each player may hold only one live51 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated balances.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on live51 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied to your account balance.
All promotions and bonuses offered by live51 are subject to individual wagering requirements disclosed at the time of the offer. Abuse of bonuses will result in forfeiture.
live51 operates strict responsible gaming controls including deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion. Use of these tools is encouraged and always available.
By registering an account or using the live51 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 To register and use the live51 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which you hold an Account:
2.2 Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.
2.3 live51 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or equivalent) and proof of address. Accounts that cannot be verified to live51's satisfaction may be suspended pending completion of verification.
2.4 Each Player may register and hold only one Account. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances therein.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify live51 support immediately.
3.3 live51 implements session timeout controls and device verification for new login locations as security measures. However, the ultimate responsibility for Account security rests with the Player.
3.4 Accounts must not be used by any person other than the registered Account holder. Transfer, sale, assignment, or sharing of Accounts is strictly prohibited.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). live51 does not apply currency conversion charges to Player Accounts.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, and other Malaysian banking channels displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page. live51 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. live51 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals requested by fully verified Accounts are processed within the timeframes disclosed on the Platform at the time of the request.
4.5 live51 reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reverse withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or pending identity verification requirements.
4.6 Deposits made using third-party payment credentials not belonging to the registered Account holder will be reversed. Withdrawal of funds deposited through unauthorised payment methods will not be permitted.
5.1 All Wagers placed on the live51 sportsbook are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement. In the event of any conflict between specific market rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific market rules shall prevail.
5.2 live51 reserves the right to void any Wager that was accepted in error, including but not limited to errors in odds pricing, market suspension, or technical malfunction. Players will be notified and the staked amount will be returned to the Account Balance where a void decision is made.
5.3 In-play betting markets operate in real time. Once a Wager has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. live51 is not liable for in-play bets placed based on events that had already concluded at the time of placement due to data feed latency.
5.4 live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by live dealer studios. Outcomes are final and cannot be contested on the basis of statistical probability or perceived unfairness.
5.5 The maximum payout per Wager or per game session is subject to live51's published limits. Winnings exceeding these limits at the time of determination may be capped at the applicable maximum payout.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, and other promotions offered by live51 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
6.2 Bonus Funds are credited separately from real money Balances and must be wagered through the applicable number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
6.3 live51 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions are intended for individual recreational use only and may not be combined with other active offers unless explicitly stated.
6.4 Any attempt to abuse the live51 bonus system — including but not limited to matched betting using free bets, opening multiple Accounts to claim duplicate offers, or placing offsetting bets designed to exploit promotion terms without genuine gaming intent — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
7.1 live51 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a gaming environment that minimises the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all Players directly from the Account settings without requiring a support request:
7.2 live51 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all deposits will be refunded. No winnings accrued on an underage Account will be paid out.
7.3 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of the self-exclusion tools available on the Platform and to seek support from appropriate professional organisations.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the live51 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
9.1 All content on the live51 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software code, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials, is the property of live51 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any Platform content.
10.1 live51 provides the Platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance, technical interruptions, or third-party service disruptions.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, live51's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
10.3 live51 is not liable for losses arising from: Player failure to keep login credentials secure; internet connectivity issues on the Player's end; decisions made based on publicly available odds or statistical data; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of any nature.
11.1 live51 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or by prominent notice on the Platform not less than 7 days before the amendment takes effect.
11.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Platform that cannot be resolved through live51's internal complaints process shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures applicable under the governing regulatory framework.
12.2 live51 maintains an internal complaints process. Players wishing to raise a formal complaint should contact live51 support in writing, setting out the nature of the complaint in reasonable detail. live51 will acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve them within 28 days.
12.3 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between live51 and the Player in respect of the subject matter herein and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written.
